Our Partners

We are very fortunate to have a number of companies and organisations that actively support the work of our groups. Listed below are a few details on our key partners.

TAma Marching Percussion

Cadence are proud to be the only UK based members of the TAMA Marching Drums Family!

Tama is the drum brand of Hoshino Gakki in Japan. They started manufacturing drums in 1965 and officially became Tama in 1974. For decades Tama's focus has been on drum sets and accessories but now Tama is applying its four decades of high-quality drum-making expertise to the marching drum market.

We would like to thank Tom Float from TAMA USA for his persistence and advice during the past 18 months.

At the end of the 2013 season after our successful return to the DCUK circuit the Corps design staff realised the current uniform needed updating.

After speaking to many UK and USA based manufacturers it was FJM who had the perfect design for the Corps. This new Michael Cesario designed uniform gave us a modern cut with classic styling and a nod the original Cadence uniform from 1991.

We are proud to be associated with FJM and can only recommend their workmanship and service to any unit wishing to buy new uniforms.

Ian, Andy and the whole team continue to be supportive and more importantly enthusiastic about all we do at Cadence. We thank them for helping us to get to our current position within the TAMA family.

Adams musical instruments

Cadence have recently joined the many European & International groups who use Adams musical instruments.

In 2015 just before the DCE Championships the Corps frontline equipment experienced several instrument failures, Adams offered to loan the Corps instruments for finals week. We quickly decided to make it our goal to purchase new frontline equipment and Adams was the logical choice after the excellent service we received in our hour of need last season.

Sjonne van Eeten and the entire Adams team have been a pleasure to work with throughout the process and we also thank Tony at Jam Percussion for his help and guidance.
